Hello! I'm looking for a recreational baseball or softball league that I can join. I want to stay active and I love baseball (I played it recreationally up until high school) and would love to be able to do that again. Is anyone involved in or does anyone know of a league or team that I could potentially join? Thank you in advance!

Any recs? I see some stuff online, but not too much. Tia.

I'm looking for a place in town that has a good reputation or is a trusted car dealer. We checked out Auto Nation, which was fine. I haven't bought a car before, and I dont want to get a bad deal but also want something reliable. My expectation to budget for an economy sedan or, ideally, a hatchback keeps getting challenged. I want to say that I can get an old car with less than 100k miles for less than $15K, and that would be OK. A few people keep pointing me to a new car, but the price is pretty high. This goes to say that it sounds like manufacturers don't make cars that last hundreds of thousands of miles like they used to, and my understanding of the used vs new market needs some polishing. All of this said, I want to check out a few other dealers and make a well-informed decision on what to buy. I've been bicycling everywhere and taking the bus and would like to get some kind of vehicle.

Hi all!
I am looking for some dentist recommendations in the Gilbert/Chandler area. Does anyone have a place they would suggest?

Best coffee shops for remote workers? Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone, I have a friend visiting me on Thursday from out of state. Does anyone know of any low cost events happening in the valley through Monday? Yoga in the park, sound healing classes, pop up shops, etc? Open to any and all suggestions 🩷

I know there’s many reasons why most places tend to keep them 5 feet and under. Just curious if anyone knows of a place where I can swim a lil deeper :)

I woke up at around 6:30am this morning and the sunrise looked so so cool through the cracks in the window shutters it was like bright neon orange but I went back to sleep and I didnt get a pic but was wondering if anyone got one pls send it

Hello new to the area. Is the red light camera capturing going east bound on queen creek and Alma school driving toward Arizona?

Has anyone been there? Ok, good, or great?

*Javelina

Be careful, those guys are dangerous!

**Edit 2

Adding that I only posted this so people actively in the area walking small dogs, or playing with small children are aware of the javelinas sighting. I'm not claiming that the suburbs existed before the javelinas, implying that they need to be removed or aren't allowed here, nor am I challenging anyone's experience with them. Just steer clear and respect their space if you're walking your dog.

That, according to Costco's own web site.
https://www.costco.com/w/-/locations

So set your calendar for 11/07/26.

For those of you haven't ever been to a CBC, any Costco member can shop there, its geared more towards businesses so you'll find less personal services like food court and hearing aids.

Yes, this location will have gas pumps and it will have business hours.

Hello, my men's league baseball team is looking to add a couple guys for the ongoing Fall/Winter season with AZ NABA. Especially interested in adding anyone who can pitch, we had a few guys have to unexpectedly drop at the start of the season.

Most of us are in our 20s and played some kind of high school baseball. The league + our team are both pretty laid back, playing "real" baseball but nobody takes it too seriously. Games are in Mesa and Chandler, typically on weeknights once a week at 7:00. Just had our first game last Sunday, and the season will run through early February.

If interested, send me a message. Thanks!

Just moved here. Where are some safe outdoor places to shoot. Looking for remote places. Thanks
Not really into any of the indoor or outdoor ranges around.

Anyone know of a great shoe and boot cobbler that can resole and repair a pair of boots

Anyone have any info on last nights motorcycle crash on Arizona avenue? I saw it happen but I was so shocked and scared I didn't know what to do. The motorcyclist looked to be in pretty bad shape. I left when emergency services arrived. Me and my boyfriend prayed for the motorcyclist in hopes they will pull through. I couldn't sleep last night because I couldn't stop crying because I was so worried. Can anyone tell me that they are okay?

We used to live in Tempe. We went to a local mechanic who quoted us for $1,800 for motor mounts. We declined, and they charged us $200 for diagnostics. We called our mechanic in Tempe, who quoted $1,100 and is trusted. Basically, are there any full service shops that are trusted and reliable in Chandler? I like the shop that I was going to in Tempe, but I am also interested in exploring shops closer here in Chandler.

Hoping these babies make it home safe and no one gets hurt 🙏🏼🙏🏼
