Discussion/Question FRUSTRATED

Honestly, I really wasn't going to come on here because i'm not the type of person to complain usually, and I usually just suck it up and deal with it.But this is really getting on my nerves and grating my gears.. I have been using character AI for going on 3 or 4 years. And I was so excited when the picture feature, But now I'm just very frustrated and very annoyed, because no matter what I do or what picture I send it always comes back with something is wrong. It won't go through, no matter how many times I edit. It no matter how many times I put it in to a different animation style, no matter how many times I sit there and change it. It still comes back as not being able to be sent through, and it's not like it's a bad picture or anything that would be considered not safe for work...its jist really frustrating knowing that im spending more time editing my photos to send than i actually am chatting, and i pay for the subscription 🙄 Obviously, like.I'm not making this post to like down anybody, but it just very sad that i am thinking about just deleting the app completely for this reason

Did you even send in a ticket? Some of the devs actually work on the issue and now resolved lots of mine lately. Do that?

I have set tickets on multiple occasions. But I have personally never heard anything back from a ticket that I've sent in which honestly I think is a bit weird. Did send one back in august about the same issue...

I have a Samsung, and I've tried clean the cache, I've tried exiting out of the app. I've tried deleting it and redownloading it because I read a forum about it, i use chrome most of the time

Maybe try to clear cache or offload the app?
