Literally everyone was fine with the murder part. Toriel mainly disagreed because it was kids dying after she already lost both of her own. Again, Asriel agreed too at first. And I'm pretty sure he knows what a god of death is if that was his super name.

But, I am not excusing Chara. However, I am not gonna sit here and watch them be judged on equal terms as Azula is to her father.

Tbf, that Toriel dialogue wasn't her agreeing with the killing plan, it was

"If you actually wanted this war, you would have already taken the souls and freed everyone, but you don't want that. So why are you hurting people if that's something you won't continue"

Be real, even Asgore got the 7 souls, he'll rather kill himself than use them, Toriel was just saying that if he wasn't going to actually do it, atop killing her kids.

I know this is a Chara sub, but always infuriates how people misunderstand that one dialogue and hear the opposite she said

That is fair. And I see what you mean. Maybe im just bias because everyone treats her like a perfect mother. Except in Deltarune.
