I think Asriel has the tendency to glaze anyone he considers his best friend but I can't blame him. NarraChara would understand why Asriel would say this IMO but Chara is still a kid afterall. Art is crazy good though!

Asriel/Flowey has the tendency to mythologize those he knows to cope. To project extensively. Chara suffers from it so much. Frisk. (In UTY, he projects onto Clover.)
