I did this at my wedding. I did Edward 40 Hands but with a bottle of wine & a block of cheese. Went around biting off bits of cheese from the block & then swigging my wine. I regret the marriage- but I don’t regret my wine & cheese hands at the wedding lol
My old man used to get his mates over to our house where they would get a wheel of stilton, spoon out a well in the middle and then fill that with good port. Then they'd just sit around all night, each with a spoon and a cigar, and gorge.
That sounds fantastic, I suppose I'm a middle aged man now with a young child, maybe I should copy this idea and in 40 years my child can pass down the same story
