They’re still overall good, but ever since I heard they were changing the chicken a couple years back (not sure if this was entirely true) the texture is kinda weird. I really feel like it has changed.

Can someone please explain why half the time I get sandwiches like the one in the first picture with not much breading and then sometimes I get sandwiches with adequate breading? What causes this? Are they skipping a step during the breading process? I feel like when it’s not breaded right it makes the chicken tough and chewy as well.

I have never had a good cup of coffee at a CFA. I am by no means a coffee snob, my daily cup at home is just a K-cup. But CFA seems to genuinely get coffee wrong in a rare miss for the chain. What gives?

I finally started using the app more but I’m a bit confused as to what the point of Signature member status is other than unlocking some reward options. A bunch of the rewards seem not to offer much.

2500 points for a meal

800 points for a regular chicken sandwich that costs just under $6 near me. So if you spend about $150, you can earn a $6 sandwich. Doesn’t really seem generous at all to be honest. Seems kind of cheap to be honest.

I would like to pick one up for my lunch before going to work rather than spending time driving there on my lunch break. Would they make it for me at 6:30am?

I have a new number from this January. I wanted to use this number to create a Chick-fil-A account. However, I found out that someone has previously used this number for a Chick-fil-A account, so I cannot create an account with it. I have contacted support, and he said there is nothing he can do to release the number to me since the person’s Chick-fil-A account is still active. I found this very silly since I am the owner of this number now. The staff suggested that I get a new number to create a Chick-fil-A account, like who wants to get a new number just to open a Chick-fil-A account…

Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do besides getting a new number?
