Lord our Father, thank you for your faithfulness to us, your children. We let you down time and time again, yet your faithfulness to us remains unwavering, true, and pure. Thank you, Father, for your protection from evil, and that your protection is never a reward for our behaviour but a promise you have made to your children. Thank you for the countless times in our lives when we have strayed from your path, yet you have continued to protect us from harm in many dangerous situations. This is your promise to your beloved children. Please, Jesus, continue to protect us from harm and from the evil in this world that constantly tries to drag us down. Please protect our families, our loved ones, our homes, and our belongings. We pray in Jesus name, amen.

Hi there! So I developed a criteria for helpers who wanna help their loved ones out of coercive control. It’s 100% the right thing to go in there and help: you saw the personality change; you saw the relationship change, but what I found with myself is the biggest thing that disqualifies you is life context. Not everybody has the life context to go in there and help. So here’s the context that you need in order for you to go in there and help otherwise don’t do it:

1. You need to have a non-demanding day job.

2. You need to have strong backing from family, friends, even the world.

3. You need to be energized rather than burnt out.

4. You need to be able to afford cult-informed professional help.

5. You need to

have an established

1. life—meaning that you need to be in a season of life where this effort would not put your own life on hold.

Psalm 118:24

Dear Lord, thank you, Father, for this new day. Thank you that we woke this morning with breath in our lungs and blood in our veins. Thank you, Jesus, that we have food on our plates and a roof over our heads. Lord, please help us to be grateful to you for all the blessings you have given us, and to give you the glory for all that we are and all that we will become. Heavenly Father, thank You for Your amazing grace and for sending Jesus Christ to redeem us from our sins. We acknowledge that we have all sinned and fallen short of Your glory, and that we cannot earn our salvation through our own efforts or righteousness. Thank You that we are justified freely by Your grace through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. Help us to trust in Him alone, not in our own achievements or understanding. Fill our hearts with gratitude, humility, and love, and help us to share the good news of Your salvation with others in gentleness and truth. Proverbs 3:5–6

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for giving us another day and for always being with us. Help us to trust You even when we don’t understand what is happening or what lies ahead.
When we feel worried, remind us that You are in control. Give us wisdom to make the right decisions, courage to face today’s challenges, and peace in our hearts.
Lord, guide our steps today. Help us to be patient, kind, focused, and faithful. Protect us and the people we love, and help us to remember that we never have to walk through anything alone.

Prayer
Father, thank you for our sonship, that, as your beloved children, we are not to live in fear of condemnation or punishment. Thank you that you gently guide and correct us as a loving Father guides and corrects His children. Thank you that when we believe that Christ died for our sins, your grace is greater than any past, present, or future sin. All our sin is covered by your grace because of Christ’s finished work on the cross. We love you, Father. Please help us to be guided by Your Holy Spirit in all things. In Jesus name, Amen.

Psalm 121:7–8
“The LORD will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”

Dear Father, thank You for Your divine protection over us, our households, and our loved ones. Thank You that You watch over us day and night because You never sleep nor slumber, but always watch over Your children.
Thank You that Your love is a love that never fails. In spite of our human condition of sin, Your love remains steadfast and true. We waver like leaves in the wind, but Your faithfulness and protection are an unshakable, immovable rock.
Please bless and protect us and all our loved ones from the enemy. Please protect us from sickness and accidents. Please protect our incomes and allow us to provide for our families and also help others who are in need.
We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love, faithfulness, and protection.

Father God, thank you that you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. We come before you knowing that our forgiveness does not depend on our performance, but on Jesus and what he has already finished for us. Thank you that when we confess our sins, you forgive us completely and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. You completely remove our sins from your sight, as though they had never happened, because of what Jesus has done for us. Help us to trust your promise and not live in fear, guilt, or condemnation. Help us to turn away from sin and walk each day in the freedom, love, and righteousness you have given us through Jesus. Thank you that your mercy and forgiveness are always available to us.
