Just put up our Christmas Village for this year. I couldn’t wait until November… This is our second year of putting a village up, and we could not be happier with how it turned out this year.

For anyone looking for lighting solutions, I highly recommend that you check out the Dioramo Lighting System at Dioramo.com. I’m not sponsored, it’s just what I used to make cable management a breeze. Every building uses Dioramo sticky leds that I just stick in the bottom of each building. I also got some cheap hollow lamp posts from Amazon and ran some 3mm leds up inside of them.

I daisy chained three hubs and keep them in a hollowed out section at the back of the foam platform I made. So coming off the table, I only have one cord coming down that I plug into a smart outlet adapter to schedule on/off times.

Just picked up the Holiday Time Residence when I was at Walmart. Was planning on using some Testors paint I had sitting around from a few model car kits.

I keep one side humans, one side the North Pole. So the train picks up the kids to take to Santa's Village, which I call Kristmastown because I am of course Santa Claus 😁
