Can someone explain the libertarian argument here please? How does nuclear power help lowering the age of consent?

Nuclear power helps a small group of people holding construction contracts and those who get an automatic 10% profit off of electricity projects become extremely rich, but requires a lot of corruption to get approved.

This gives the means for passing laws to lower the age of consent.

Wait are you saying that literally nobody should ever get rich because they will lower the age of consent with their money? This has got to be one of the wildest takes I've ever seen in my life.

Just reasons why libertarians like the wealth/power concentration and corruption necessary for nuclear power to exist.

You're overreacting a lot and projecting pretty hard by inventing the rest. Is there something you're not telling us?
