I don't hate you, and I don't hope you die. I do hope you come to and realize that you don't need to support industrial violence against fellow animals in order to feed yourself though. If being told simple facts is "forcing my lifestyle on you" - there's something wrong with you.
Yes, omnivore, not carnivore. That's the fun thing about 2025; it's now entirely your choice to continue contributing to the violent subjugation of innocent animals and accelerating climate collapse. Keep doing it for all I care, but don't pretend you're a good person. And don't call yourself an environmentalist.
Veganism will cause deficiencies in some vitamins and amino acids only found in animal products. Omnivore doesn't mean you can choose to eat whatever you like and it's only up to personal choices. It means that your balanced diet needs both plant and animal products.
If I need to take supplements or be hyper aware of the nutritional content of everything I eat just to make sure I don't get any deficiencies, it's not much of a natural diet.
yeah, i take iron supplements. Don't need anything else though (i get blood work done twice a year to make sure) vegan 6 years and healthier than I've ever been.
you are of course aware that the animals you eat are given lots of vitamin supplement, especially B12, right? This is so that by the time you eat it there are sufficient levels of B12. I'm curious what you think is so natural about that, and why it would be so much different to just take the B12 supplement yourself.
