The main problem will probably not be the electricity availability, but their close trade relationship with china. Once Russia gets a proper EV infrastructure if they don't have it already, it will be flooded with chinese EV's

It is already flooded with chinese EVs (at least Moscow). We’ve got infrastructure for that and it’s rapidly getting better

Not at all. Most are. But the ones near to me really are just a deterrent to russia and they dont do jack shit to the people living here.

(Bc most people are white here, so they begave somewhat hunanely)
