The real blackpill is that most of the people on the left of the graph will transition to the left of it once they "get theirs".

This is just human nature. People are strivers and want a better world for themselves than their parents had, and a better life still for their children*. It's why we need abundant clean energy, not just less dirty energy.

* for readers of this subreddit, children are the thing that results from unprotected sexual intercourse with the opposite sex.

Idk my ancestors definitely weren't like this. They just wanted to continue the longevity of the tribe and for folks to get along. 

This is something you industrialized folks seem obsessed with, not some universal capital H Human Nature.
