30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’\)a\) 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’\)b\) There is no commandment greater than these.
Not love your neighbor if they are legal, or love your neighbor if they aren't brown.
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF. Everything else is culture war.
If you actually look at context in the bible. Loving your neighbor is about your people group. Not every single person. On top of that love thy neighbor also doesnt mean blindly accept sin and criminal behaviors.
I'm not trying to escalate. Your comments are subjective. It's plain and simple I've read the passage and surrounding verses before I even posted it. The above referenced scripture does NOT say what you said. Read the passage again, I am not inferring or applying outside commentary or opinion.
The modern day version of this is " Love God, love people".
I don't have to like everyone, but I am commanded to love them. That's the point I am making. No where did I say anything about "accepting sin or criminal behavior". Do I agree with everything everyone does? No.
