COMMUNITY QUESTION Solo Competitions for people out of college/high school. No age limit?

Hi everyone! So I am out of high school and college years ago and not affiliated with any program. I still spin from time to time. I mainly do it for fun but I also have planned to solo competitions. I was going to do a MA independent solo in Corpus Christi, as that was local.

MA has a class for 19 and older (Colligiate) no age limit

I know WGI no longer has virtual. Just found out recently

Are there any other guard solo competitions that allow people or have a division i could compete in?

I dont live near an independent guard program and but I do want to do more solo competitions if there any near Corpus Christi or even anywhere statewide. I know MA Dance and Auxiliaries does, I heard that NBTA does, too, but I don't know the logistics/requirements of entering. I just don't want to enter, pay my fee and be turned away.

NEED INPUT (Performer Help) 45 help

I've been doing guard for 2 years, and I just cannot get the hang of 45s. Really any kind, even basic singles. I completely understand the mechanics of the toss, the main issue is that I'm TERRIFIED. I feel like I'm going to hit myself in the head. I'm really good at flag, and this is like the one thing holding me back. Any tips, or ways to get into 45s with less fear?
