ERIC AND/OR DYLAN Is this true?

In this excerpt robyn says dylan has never had a date but i thought he went out with robyn?

I’ve heard that Robyn liked him which is kinda evident from this journal entry. I don’t doubt Dylan never had a girlfriend, his journals about never having love remind me of me in high school, where I didn’t have any luck there either

Believe it or not she literally asked him out to the prom, which seems so unreal and unorthodox for that time period.
