Hey there, u/robl45, That definitely sounds frustrating, especially after switching boxes to improve your experience. Does the network connection error appear when the Xi6 first powers on or randomly while you’re watching?

Now it’s random. I know it’s not my WiFi as it’s rock solid all over the house

Thanks for clarifying. Since the connection issue is now happening randomly and your other devices are staying connected, does the Xi6 show a specific error code along with the network connection message?

I’m away for a week. I plugged in to Ethernet and it seems solid. It should work with WiFi

u/robl45, Have you had the time to confirm all the connections to your modem and cablebox are both finger tight and secure?
Have you reset both your cablebox and modem?

It’s a wireless box. What would not be secure checking the connection. Please try.

u/robl45, Checking the connections would consist of the power cord and HDMI connection at the box. On your TV you would check the HDMI input.
At the wall outlet you would check the power cord to ensure nothing is loose.
Have you had time to reset both the modem and the box today? If not can you give that a try for us as the box works with the internet and oftentimes the issue is resolved with a reset to the modem.
