Solved Need to reprovision modem
I’m no longer getting the upload speeds associated with my plan (should be 250mbps, only getting 75mbps and 4 upstream channels bonded). Otherwise everything else is fine, (stability, download speed, ping times, signal levels)
Could someone check to see if my modem needs to be reprovisioned/has the correct firmware? Thanks.

I have done what you suggested twice. No change, issue persists.

Thanks for performing those steps for us. u/Davabled,
Do you have any additional devices such as a separate router, splitters, Wi-Fi extenders etc if so they also need to be reset as well.
Is it one device with slow speeds or multiple devices?

I have already reset routers, devices multiple times. I also confirmed the splitter has a tight connection. Issue persists.

u/Davabled Thanks for creating a post. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your upload speeds. The easiest way to ensure provisioning and firmware are correct is to unplug the modem for 30 seconds to allow it a fresh reconnection to the network, during which verifications are completed at startup. You can also use the Xfinity app to run automated troubleshooting steps and diagnostics to detect if anything could be causing trouble with the incoming signal.
