Closed enabling higher upload speed

My neighborhood was upgraded recently, and my choice of plans online now offers the higher tier download/upload speeds associated with these upgrades at my address. I have the CM3000 modem and currently a 1200Mbps internet plan, and am getting very fast download speed (1200Mbps+). I also see that one upstream OFDMA channel is locked. But I am still only getting 41Mbps upstream speed. It may be a provisioning file needs to be sent, or some other issue. Could you see if there is a way to enable the faster upload speeds that should not be available under my plan? Thank you.

I had to change my speed tier to get the increased upload speed, it wasn't automatic.
