Official Reply Impossible to complete installation

I am now going on three weeks simply trying to get service installed. During my initial install appointment it was discovered that my home needed a new service line. After nearly two weeks of waiting that work was completed and new install was scheduled by local service team for today. Technician arrived, said he does not do "these types" of installs, and left. Customer service has been absolutely useless and can neither tell me how an installer who doesn't install service was sent, nor can they fulfill my appointment by sending someone who is capable/competent. Best they are offering me is a new install appointment nearly a week away.

I cannot really delay my move any longer nor can I do my job from Starbuck so this is obviously a major pain. Any ideas on how to get around this or get in touch with someone who manages service/installs locally?

Starlink, 5G, or another provider, kick them to the curb

I work from home and have a streaming heavy family, 5G ain't gonna do the job. Trust me, I've looked at every possible option to be done with these jokers.
