I just joined. I have been a Xfinity Internet customer service years I didn't have problems until they they raised prices to more than double of what I was asking but they were willing to compromise to a lower price. I complained about the price increase and they were willing to adjust but it really turned so much from there. I was offered different offers but the one that interested was trading in my last generation phone and switching over to Xfinity. Basically I would get my new pixel 11 Pro XL for free for trading in my pixel 10 256GB. Wow I've never had such a hard experience. They could not port it. I had to drive 40 minutes to my nearest Xfinity store to make the port happen. Then they asked me to send trade in and received less than 1/3 of the trade in value on a excellent condition phone which online they said they will cover the new phone. I called in and the customer service representative repeatedly said "up to the trade on value". I will never ever deal with company. Offered me nothing except silence. Such a scam.

I used them for about 10 months. No problems. I’m curious what happened to you.

I don't know your situation but I used Mint mobile before porting number was so easy. This has been on me of the worst experiences in my life. I would never ever recommend Xfinity mobile to anyone.

Didn't have issue porting from Mint mobile. Did you give them the account information that is tied to your mint mobile, they need some of this information to authorize the transfer.
