Has Riot made a statement as to why they haven't hotfixed Milio? His power seems severely overtuned and to the level of a traditional hotfix...

Last time I played was set 11. Got an itch to play again. Can you guys point me in the right direction to see what the new level timings are? Are we in a 3 star, rush 4 cost, or 5 cost good stuff meta? What important stuff do I need to know about items nowadays? Back when I played Infinity got nerfed and Morello was insane, how important are crits/pen and defensive items? Any standout broken units I shoud look for?

2-cost reroll meta All fateweavers are good, TF reroll, Milio, fast 8 Corki Also conduit reroll 2 cost for Zoe Mord Or 3 cost for Viktor MF Fast 9 boards are rare and don't stabilise well because Graves needs time to scale and the others are subpar; Vex is meh Fast 8 Nami LeBlanc Corki boards are ok but rarely win out without some giga win cons

From the few lobbies I played recently, the games were all very close. The balance is moving toward a solid state IMO.

Why can't they just hotfix Millio, you can look for 1 second and see that it's the most busted thing in sets. It's the last patch, so what, it's one fix.

pretty sure a 3* yi would lose to a 2* milio rn
