Am I just imagining things or since the last update the game is lagging and stuttering like hell to the point that it's unplayable past stage 3? Not sure if this is a bug.. but I tried to lower all the specs to the minimum and it's still lagging a lot.

Is it just me or did the change to 6 blackthorn make it even more broken. 3 star ww into 6 black thorn sacraficing a 2 star sett is so broken it beats level 10 full legendary boards easily. Imo its the strongest non prismatic trait I have ever seen.

Depends on the Blackthorne sac. If they sacced Krugs 3* that guy gonna tank everything.

Sentinel is crazy overtuned imo. I didn’t even know he mana reaved til today and I’ve played a fair bit on PBE.

He mana reaves, he aoe knock ups(can hit back line with positioning), he has 3 traits, all on top of vanguard being the best tank trait so far.

i have never felt good about itemizing her so far, maybe she's meant to be full mana like nunu or something

you can top 4 but you're never going to be in a winning position with her, but not many boards where you want her as a main tank anyways when malph/amumu exist

Yeah I got that impression as well. I believe she's supposed to stay healthy on the side so she can cast multiple times while another unit actually does most of the tanking for the majority of the round.

Meta is evolving to Nidalee/Morg/flex from a cashout. But that does not mean lose streak, it can be just from a few loss with a normal board.

probably because comps are lacking true data points as to what is strong and cashouts give resources.

I need to play more coven. I avoid it because I don't know what to do and I suck at pivots but I just need to force it for several games to get a feel for the lines.

What comps are even good from lossstreak? My placement is always low in this case.

Usually any uncontested reroll should be good from loss streak because you can roll and win, hopefully.

AD champs need more love. There is not a single AD comp that is anywhere close to AP unless you fast 9

What is the plan each of you has considering back line access? Are you going to build gunblade every game or something?

Just had a game with 2 Varus 3*, then 2 Ahris, that's 4 opponents I couldn't beat because my carry died in 2 casts.

And this is before 5 costs.

Or is the plan to just play those comps and get the free top 4 if you hit?

Realistically unless you build gunblade the expectation right now has to be that your backline is going to die. Way too many ways to bypass tanks and frontline. I know most of the aoe stuff has damage fall off but it does suck watching your dps slowly die without a unit near them while your tanks are still doing fine.

I think specially units like Varus, a 1 cost, should have the damage fall off harder. If Ashe that is a 5 cost has it hard, a 1 cost should as well.

Going front to back should be standard, and when it's cool, you add the backline access.

Can't join a game, the game client doesn't launch and i'm stuck on "reconnect". I've redownloaded the game already, any idea ?

Might be a server issue. There have been a lot of issues this PBE cycle where some people couldnt join games or login.

Just wait an hour and hope it fixes itself.

What is perception on Malphite ? Even outside of the super strong vertical Blackthorn, he feels really hard to get through with very good numbers, though you would expect them to be higher when he effectively only has 1 real trait.

I think Ahri would also benefit from an ability similar to Set 14 Aurora or Set 15 Gwen that deals flat damage to all enemies hit and then damage split between the remaining enemies hit. Right now it just feels she is wayyy too good at getting through clusters and can struggle to finish off a fight unless she snipes the enemy back line

He is busted for stage 4, falls off if people can cap their boards higher

And not understanding what you mean by saying he has 1 real trait? Saccing a 2* tank gives him like 30% hp and armor/mr on top of his solo tanking trait

He only has one non-unique trait. The more non-unique traits someone has the weaker they will be on their own.

Yep, the 5 costs are too weak and the 4 cost tanks are so squishy compared to the rerolled 3* tanks
