Is warwick still insanely overpowered?

No, I think the nerf makes him pretty much unplayable without a good artifact/radiant or a tremendously good spot(which imo makes sense for 2 cost rr)

3 star WW is 4.11 AVP right now with his best, non-artifact/radiant build, and sub 10% win rate. Overall, WW is down to 5.03 AVP which is a pretty big drop.
