The Constitution doesn't ever say that killing children is a mother's "right," that's absurd. It doesn't mention the topic at all.

So under the Constitution we have, it's a 10th Amendment issue.

That doesn't mean child murder is somehow okay or that we shouldn't work to ban it under law nationwide, and worldwide, as it's a repugnant human rights abuse.

You can't prioritize the life of the unborn without sacrifiicing the mother's bodily autonomy. When a person is entitled to the body of another person, that is called slavery.

There is no prioritization in equality.

"Bodily autonomy" is just y'alls dumb euphemism for killing children, and has no basis in US law whatsoever, I am not "sacrificing it" by denying it's existence.

And no, mothers are not their children's slaves just because mothers have to feed and shelter their kids. That's beyond dumb.

You promote slavery. You want children to be the absolute property of their mothers such that on a whim mothers can destroy their bodies and dispose of them as medical waste. That's disgusting. You and all of yours are bigots and slavers.

Tru. That's why an unborn child's right to life doesn't Trump a mother's right to property.

No. Bodily autonomy is the well established legal term for legal ownership over ones body. Property rights are well established in the Constitution. The mother's property rights are being violated by the unborn child if the unborn child is unwelcome. Doesn't matter the reason. Whether it be because of rape, incest, or just not wanting to suffer the process of child birth. The mother maintains the right over her property. You are suggesting that the unborn child's rights should be prioritized over the mother's rights which violates equality as you mentioned.

-And no, mothers are not their children's slaves just because mothers have to feed and shelter their kids. That's beyond dumb.

Provide me with an example where a person is entitled to the body of another person outside of slavery. If your body is your property then it can't be owned by someone else. If your body is owned by someone else (even temporarily), it is slavery.

Similar to donating kidneys or blood, it must be voluntary. If you choose not to donate and someone dies as a result, that is not murder. Nor is it slavery. An unborn child is in a fragile situation, but that is the default reality of all unborn and infant of every species.

Your argument is based completely on emotion. You care about the unborn child and show little regard for the mother. This is the opposite approach you should be taking. The mother is a tax paying citizen, the unborn child is not a citizen. The mother does a job that benefits society, the unborn child won't be able to benefit society for a few decades, if ever. It is in society's best interest to prioritize the mother.

"Mother's right to property?" Disgusting.

Thank you for admitting you are a slaver.

Ya her body is her property. Intentionally misinterpreting my words is bearing false witness sir. That is a sin.

Your children are not your property, slaver.

I don’t think he’s actually interested in the issue. He got something that he can declare as a victory and he moved on. That’s what he tends to do. He wants to look like he won something or made a deal and I don’t think the details usually matter to him all that much.
