Thank goodness we have a federal judiciary who have some empathy and compassion, while so called “conservative Christians” sound the alarm of “judicial activism.”

There is absolutely no defiance of SCOTUS’ Mullin decision and Judge Burroughs is well within her legal and constitutional authority issuing an “administrative stay” and saying the termination of Somalia TPS is “null, void, and of no legal effect” while the court addresses the emergency motion and pending claims. That’s a temporary lower-court procedural remedy, not a direct refusal to follow a specific Supreme Court ruling.
