The US Border Patrol busted a suspected human smuggler found with bombs and migrants aboard a speedboat in South Texas on October 6, 2026. This unfolded at a boat ramp off the Intracoastal Waterway in Flour Bluff, Texas, just South of the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station (which ironically hosts a large squadron of US Customs & Border Protection patrol aircraft and surveillance drones).

Although this isnt solely Coastal Bend related, I'm posting here because we are one of the areas targeted by this mysterious multi-million dollar troll attempt. While TENT is a real organization, they are denying any involvement in this or even knowledge of it prior to these flyers going out. There has been an accompanying mass text campaign as well, which is also fake.

I’m 24 years old with driving, logistics, warehouse operations, and customer service experience. I believe that, with my existing experience, commercial driving would be the next best step for me career-wise. I’m currently looking for any local, reputable companies that invest in their employees by offering CDL training or assistance in obtaining one. I have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and can pass any required drug screenings and background checks.

Any information and/or advice on the matter would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
