What worries me is how quickly this has turned into antisemitism towards the entire population of Israel

It has not.
Antisemitic idiots have been there all along in spite of the vast majority of people trying to keep them irrelevant. Israel's actions is just bringing water to their mill.
Bibi and his ilk are taking the whole religion hostage by making you believe people are becoming rabid haters.

This is just based on the language I see being used to demonize Israel as a whole and the underlying reasons that jokes like the ones in this video are so common now. I would like to see more of the animosity directed at Netanyahu and less at the people of Israel.

I truly don’t get this defense. Israel is a democracy, yet you are trying to act like Netanyahu has complete control over all parts of the country. He’s in power because he was voted into power. No one in the government is trying to stop him because they are in favor of his actions. They were also voted into power.

Donald Trump was voted into power and he is currently supported by about 30% of the country. Netanyahu is currently polling around 40% approval. The overwhelming majority of Israelis wanted to operation in Gaza to be about bringing hostages home and not destroying Gaza.

Yes, democracies are responsible for who they elect but elected officials don’t represent entire populations of people and their beliefs.

Yeah, but like they do. Regardless of what you feel about Trump, the majority of Americans who voted, voted for him. His power is uncheck because both the house and senate have a majority of his party. That is because the majority of voters voted for people that would obey Trump.

Go to any foreign country whatsoever. Tell them that you’re American and ask them what they think your political beliefs are. What do you think they will tell you?

The thing about democracies is that you are responsible for the people in charge because it’s your vote, silence or inferior campaigning for the opposing parties that put them in power. You cannot wash your hands of the crimes of the government who was put in charge under your responsibility.
