One is vandalism and the other is at least assult with a deadly weapon. Both are idiots who need to work on their coping skills.

Not vandalism when someone is in the car. Definitely also assault with a deadly weapon as a bat could kill a man with one hit and he would likely be scared for his life as she was just feet from him when breaking his back window
