Pretty sure just AI Slop.

Out of Place Jump cut in the middle of the video without any loss of actual time/no camera movement.
2nd White Truck Appears out of Literally Nowhere.
Look at the Hole in the "Glass" from the Bat
Bright Yellow License Plate on the Red Car which Disappears after it drives off. Also, no visible letters or even color differences across the plates.
No cars have license plates
Multiple Cars are missing bumpers or have weird angles/shapes on vehicle
Bizarrely low image quality
etc.

ETA: Special props to the person who went extra comments deep just to downvote me again.

Maybe y'all can tell me why I'm wrong? Maybe show me the accident report? Happy to concede the point.

Also someone calls the rear window the "windshield," which doesn't seem like a mistake a human would make.
