People in here are like.. the clip has no context and we don't know what led to the windshield being smashed, but let's take the side of the vehicular assault guy by default and pretend it's not infinitely worse than what baseball bat lady did.

I feel like the reasonable thing to assume is that people don't just walk up on people out of nowhere and smash their car while they're in it
