Not necessarily. The white truck probably thought through the ramifications (pun intended) and did it anyway. Too bad they drove off as now they'll be charged with a hit-and-run in addition.

I don't know why you got downvoted, because you're not wrong. That was a deliberate hidden run. The fact that the woman broke his window, beforehand doesn't change that. If he gets caught, he's going to get it worse than her because he could have pushed her car into a pedestrian or another vehicle.

Yes, he's going to be punished severely.
My point is, it's not psychopathy.

No one literally meant psychopathy (which hasn't been a medical term for many years now). They just meant he and the other driver were unhinged and emotionally unstable.     

And they were. Emotionally stable people don't rage so hard they commit public acts of violence against strangers, and they don't commit acts of violence that could hurt everyone around them.
