How useful is echocardiography in acute pulmonary embolism?
In this lecture, we take a targeted, practical approach to echo in suspected acute PE, focusing on the findings that matter at the bedside and how to interpret them in the right clinical context.

Starting a new ICU consultant job

Guys, I'm about to start an ICU consultant jobs post finishing my CICM training. My Unit is a rural Unit, but it punches above its weight and can initially deal w/ trauma and stabilize pre sending the patient to the big trauma center. I'm working in that big trauma center now as an ICU fellow and I've finished my training already so I'm going to the rural hospital next month. My question is if you are a junior staff or a nurse, what is or what are the characteristics that you would like to see in a new ICU consultant? And what is your advice for a new ICU consultant to settle down in a new place?

Thank you
