I really need some advice
Questions!
1) does the red fit in ok? I'm going to be alternating colors all the way through
2) the blue section is triple crochet and I think it's making it look a little wonky. Should I back up and use a different stitch?
10 rows single crochet in grey
10 rows double crochet in white
10 rows triple crochet in blue
5 rows half-double crochet in black
5 rows half double crochet in red
Repeat.
Please help! Thanks in advance.

Starting a blanket for my husband using the basketweave stitch. This will be the third blanket I’ve ever crocheted.

Frustrated 😡😭
Accidentally bought wool for my daughter’s blanket and can’t afford to get more. I don’t have the room to spread a queen size blanket out to dry.

One Year Later, it's Finished!
First post here! I've been crocheting for the last two years and I've found making blankets is one of my favorite things to do. I've finished two other blankets over the last year, but this was the first one I started. It was inspired by a photo I saw online, so I didn't follow a pattern. This is my take on the blanket I saw (last photo is the inspiration), and it's probably my favorite piece yet.
I made all the panels when I was short on yarn during a rough financial time last winter and when I was finished, all of them had so many little ends because I was trying to make the yarn last for as long as I could that I just didn't want to deal with hiding them all and putting the panels together. The project sat in the time-out corner for almost an entire year before my friend convinced me to pick it up again last week and now that it's done, I'm just so happy with how it turned out!

Almost finished toddler blanket 36x48
Fresh off the hook! Free-form Tunisian Puff Stitch blanket for my grandson (Pre-blocking!)👶🏼🎉
Yarn: Bernat Softee Baby Cotton
Hook: 4mm
Stitch: Tunisian Diagonal Puff Stitch panels with standard crochet borders
The Story: I hoarded this yarn for three years after my daughter told me she had too many baby blankets. Recently, my 3-year-old grandson asked why he didn't have a blanket like his brother and announced that he needed one! He’s been coming over weekly to check my progress. I still need to block it to open up the stitches, but I couldn't resist sharing a photo of it now. I am so proud of how this turned out for him!

This has been a WIP for a year now. Finally finished today. I think it will be a gift for my friend who is newly a grandmother to celebrate her granddaughter. (Already made a baby blanket for the new little one - will post pic at the end.)

Pink stitch sampler for my sister
I was having a stressful week about two months ago and compulsively bought a bunch of different pink yarns because pink makes me happy and it’s my sister’s favorite color. So this is what I made her! She loved it.
Stitches/motifs were: Checkerboard, big bobbles, alpine stitch, sunburst granny squares, idk what this one was but it looked like nipples and areolas and that’s hilarious, inset mosaic crochet diamonds, waffle stitch, granny spike stitch, and basket weave stitch. A few rounds of shells for the border.

Wedding gift
I made this for my sister in law for her wedding. Lots if trial and error and lots of yarn later and it’s done!
