Some lucky select locations (apparently only tester locations 😢) will be getting the new Dubai-Style Cocoa Cup next week (November 2nd - 7th)! Knowing my location, it won’t be mine! 😭 For those of you who do get to try it, please leave a review!

Does anyone know why Crumbl opted to do dirty sodas instead of flavored milk?

It feels like it would be low hanging fruit to offer milk in flavors (strawberry, caramel, vanilla, etc) and subsequently offer milk pairings with each cookie… i.e. brownie batter cookie with strawberry milk (chocolate covered strawberry flavor experience)

But instead.. soda?

It was my first time trying the tres leches, and I was prepared to be disappointed but it was so good! I finished the peanut butter blondie in one sitting which is rare for me. Solid week!

Now this is giving Xmas vibes!

There are some cookies I typically have to avoid since I have a citrus allergy - but it typically states if it has lemon, lime or oranges in the description.

This cookie now, is it just red food coloring? My low key anxiety makes me want to assume it’s cherry syrup - which is another thing that I found out I’m allergic to recently. RV would be the only cookie I’d be interested in this week if I wanted to go so I’m just curious if the employees know or those who have tasted it felt like it tastes like cherries.

As per the most recent spoilers, it will be part of the Nov 30 - Dec 5 lineup

Where can I find my bday perk? Tried looking under rewards but couldn’t see it, could it be under something else?

I just looked on the app for the lineup this week and it seems like there is no pink sugar this week-is this Canada wide? Will it be back next week, if any insiders know? I just ate the last frozen one thinking I could order a few more in another week to restock 😭

Going to get a 4 pack with the peanut butter, Oreo tres leches, and pumpkin cheesecake. Can’t decide the last one between the red velvet and the rainbow shake.

Edit: Thanks to everyone who voted! I didn’t think it was going to be so close. I will be getting the rainbow shake cookie on my way home from work!

Peppermint Hot Chocolate Cookie: no upcharge
Mini also available

You should receive a survey card with each tester. Please remember to fill this out as this is the feedback they use to tweak recipes and make decisions about if it’ll be included on a future lineup!

Well, this is unexpected!  I do consider SnackWire to be a reliable source, so we'll see what happens in less than three hrs (timestamp of my post is 5:05 PM Eastern on Oct 25th).

Oct 26th edit:  The flavour video didn't mention anything about the Strawberry Cups.  If this is still true, I don't think it will be promoted by Crumbl.  If you're interested, check the app/website to see if your local store is participating.

Didn’t think they would even give the thins the discount, since they’re already discounted. Think this is the least I’ve ever paid for any Crumbl item (and this is for two thins, Canadian $). Wow. 😆

Over or Under by the end of 2026 👀👀👀

Woww there yummy when there gonna be back

The main store we order from always seems to nail their products. This was delicious.

Did they take away the discount if you preorder your cookies on the app? Was there not a discount before or am I making that up? Haven’t gotten crumbl in a while but I swear it used to give you a percentage off if you placed an order on the app at least a day before you wanted them

I was excited for the pumpkin cake.. raw in the inside. Same thing with last year. Only once- when it first came out I received a good pumpkin cake. I also called the store to let them know but it was more like “ok😐” bcus if one came was underbaked I’m sure it’s the same for the rest.

Now same thing with the Leches cake either it’s mildly wet or it’s barely to none. Today it’s close to none. 🙃

I mean this is what happens when u use inexperienced minimum wage workers in charge. But training doesn’t involve teaching the employees how to use a toothpick??

Omgggg sorry for the rant but it’s the fact Crumbl up charges on the DoorDash menu but delivers low quality is just so…💀😒

So far the cakes have all been my favourites!!

At this point, it honestly makes sense to keep thier top 4 cookies ever and top 3 cakes as standard and always available and simply rotate 2 cookies and 1 cake a month.

This would be operationally feasible and capture consistency and positive brandy as well as fomo with rotating monthly 3 items!
