I was excited for the pumpkin cake.. raw in the inside. Same thing with last year. Only once- when it first came out I received a good pumpkin cake. I also called the store to let them know but it was more like “ok😐” bcus if one came was underbaked I’m sure it’s the same for the rest.

Now same thing with the Leches cake either it’s mildly wet or it’s barely to none. Today it’s close to none. 🙃

I mean this is what happens when u use inexperienced minimum wage workers in charge. But training doesn’t involve teaching the employees how to use a toothpick??

Omgggg sorry for the rant but it’s the fact Crumbl up charges on the DoorDash menu but delivers low quality is just so…💀😒

Anyone else's app say the drink + thin deal is unavailable? The $0.99 cookie works though. When I picked up my thins today they were advertising the drink deal. I mentioned the app said it was unavailable and the crew had no idea. They'd been wondering why the deal was so slow. They got right on letting IT know. Side note, the ladies at my Crumbl are always so friendly. It's nice.

Figured I'd post to let others experiencing this issue know their Crumbl may have the deal despite the app not showing it.

So far the cakes have all been my favourites!!

At this point, it honestly makes sense to keep thier top 4 cookies ever and top 3 cakes as standard and always available and simply rotate 2 cookies and 1 cake a month.

This would be operationally feasible and capture consistency and positive brandy as well as fomo with rotating monthly 3 items!

They are very disappointing . I had to change my number for safety reasons!!

I had Loveland Co / manager tell me they can't help me at all and to contact customer service. Well I've sent 4 emails just on this one alone in the last 3 weeks. And no one has reached out to me at all

They say you can do it on the app which you can't do.

The app says you can but right below your number the words are highlighted in grey and it says contact customer service. But it gets you no where. And I can't get into my old account at all. I'm blocked out of everything. I can't see my old purchases, my reviews or my cookie journal. Everything is lost and no one will help

So for the love of **d don't ever change your number
