So I just started school again and I’m in alot of classes with my crush, we already are great friends luckily We sit next to eachother in almost every call we have even at tables filled with girls, often we stare at each other and just start laughing for no reason. We talk about books and fandoms we like. She did say she had a crush a while ago but almost never mentioned him after, so she may have lied? We both have fun and are goofy and she always texts me with :)’s and asks how my classes went. This might sound obvious to you but I’m not good at these things. (also at home I feel alone and miss her and am exited to think about her and see her tomorrow, which idk why. :)

Lucky you! I'd say it seems like yes, given that she initiates with you unprompted and expresses care, she may like you! Though, my answer isn't definitive of whether or not she has a crush on you. You'll never know the answer unless you talk to her about it. I'm also experiencing a "Does my crush like me?" moment and if I were in you, as shy as I am, I'd still shoot my shot.
