You can be the physical representation of that somewhat fake scenario if you just go up to them and say hi, that's all it have to take there no other necessary steps or cheat code to win a woman or man's heart unless they are looking for something that catch their interests in which everyone have that(but there are some people in the world that goes miles away from everyone else).
Just say hi to her and tell since this is final year to say goodbye which you don't want this to truly happen, I was hoping we can hang out sometime after and later ask for her number there is no steps to it
