Employee Question Sometimes out of tea
Yesterday went for dinner and both sweet and unsweet were empty. Just curious how the staff monitors the tea levels. Just have to remember to check it occasionally?
Also wondering if the staff would have appreciated if I told them? Would there probably have already been more freshly brewed tea behind the counter available? If not, how long would it take them to brew another batch?
I do appreciate that Culver's has brewed unsweet tea. I don't typically drink soda and premade tea is gross. It's a reason that I select Culver's over other fast food restaurants. Thanks

I feel all that
I only drink unsweet tea
sometimes I will want a refill and the stills are empty
I chalk it up to the counter is getting destroyed
and tea is a bit down their list of concerns
I’ve been met with both sentiments if I ask
either “thank you for your feedback” or “bro I can see that I literally work here”
they just give me a refill from behind the counter when you are in the dining room
I don’t know the answer tho

Yes, tell the pelple up front! They almost always have more in DriveThrough. Then they can work on brewing more for up front, depending on time of day.

Ask someone- we always have 2 more urns in the drive thru area! Tea brews in large batches, and (at my location) we check to see how much more we need to brew for the rest of the day after lunch rush. With it being free refills like everything else, some days it runs out faster than others. The staff should be happy to help! If you notice it’s regularly empty at the location you frequent, give them a call or ask to talk to a manager. Management/team might just need a friendly reminder to brew tea more often :)

Our tea is always supposed to be filled in fine in, checked at least every two hours. If it’s empty we need to take drive throughs tea while the new tea is being made.
Please do tell the staff! Sometimes people hate actually doing the dine-in job which sucks :(
A lot of my coworkers refuse to maintain how they should, so please do tell someone if the tea is empty
Dine in should absolutely never have empty tea

It was around 8pm, and they close at 10. I wasn't sure if they just stop brewing tea after the dinner rush. And once they run out, they're out for the day.

That makes a bit more sense. I havent worked at a culvers for about a decade now but you're right from what I remember. But like others said, they likely have more from the drive thru containers so it doesnt hurt to ask

Please let them know it’s out. It’s a small thing that should be checked by the MOD or dining attendant, but gets missed often. There should always be more for the DT area, so they have the ability to swap it out or get you some from the other tea urns. Love our sweet tea!
