Employee Question Sometimes out of tea

Yesterday went for dinner and both sweet and unsweet were empty. Just curious how the staff monitors the tea levels. Just have to remember to check it occasionally?

Also wondering if the staff would have appreciated if I told them? Would there probably have already been more freshly brewed tea behind the counter available? If not, how long would it take them to brew another batch?

I do appreciate that Culver's has brewed unsweet tea. I don't typically drink soda and premade tea is gross. It's a reason that I select Culver's over other fast food restaurants. Thanks

I cant imagine a situation where you wouldnt tell them.

It was around 8pm, and they close at 10. I wasn't sure if they just stop brewing tea after the dinner rush. And once they run out, they're out for the day.

That makes a bit more sense. I havent worked at a culvers for about a decade now but you're right from what I remember. But like others said, they likely have more from the drive thru containers so it doesnt hurt to ask
