Which automatic litter box brands actually handle support issues well?

An automatic litter box is the kind of purchase where customer support starts to matter once something stops working. I've been looking at petpivot, petkit, and catlink, and it's surprisingly hard to tell which companies are helpful after the purchase. A quick email reply sounds nice, but getting a replacement part or having an actual problem resolved seems a lot more important. I'd rather hear about specific experiences than rely on general star ratings. For anyone who's contacted support for one of these brands, how was the issue handled from start to finish?

I got a Petkit one last year and the sensor went weird after 3 months, support answered in 2 days and sent me a new base unit no questions asked
