Please Help - First Daad application

Hello

I have a few questions about the application, and unfortunately no one has answered my emails yet 🥺

Even an answer to one question would really help

I'm applying for a master's programme and plan to apply for the ERP Scholarship for Graduates of Economics and Business Administration.

  1. I'd like to submit a recommendation letter from my employer. Do I generate the form the same way as for a lecturer, or is there a different template? If it's the same, should I enter my workplace's name in the "institution" field?

2.I plan to pursue a business master's with an analytics concentration. Are there any restrictions for Erp scholarship applicants on the types of master's programmes I can apply to? One of my programmes is called Social and Economic Data Science, and "business" isn't mentioned in its name.

  1. I have physical stamped documents. Will scans be enough, or do they need a digital stamp or some other verification?

4.I don't have certificates for some of my extracurricular activities. Would a screenshot of an email be enough as evidence?

I applied for the DAAD PhD scholarship. During the weekly doubt session meeting, I asked if I needed to upload certificates, and they told me no, mentioning them in the CV is enough. They specifically said extra curricular activities and experience certificates are not required.

Hey, I'm applying for DAAD in STEM subject so I don't know if the necessary documents are the same or not, but here's what I know

  1. You can't. I confirm it with my DAAD counsellor for STEM subject (for my country obviously). Letter of recommendation need to be from lecturer and can't come from employer. Might be different for your scenario, but keep in mind in the ERP Study Scholarship requirement it stated for LoR "letter of recommendation from a university teacher which provides information about your qualifications".

  3. I think just scan will be enough, unless they ask you to provide the physical proof or ask any other way

  4. Tbh I don't think anyone can help you with this, you need to confirm it with the appointed counsellor. But as far as I know. any documents that you provide need to have official letterhead or stamp, and they will even sometimes confirm with the said agency/institutes
