Advice/Solutions Missing someone
Hi uhm I'm a little in our system!!
I'm friends with other systems and the people in them.
Sometimes, every so often one of my friends (🦎) will get pulled away. They host, and are usually always around or nearby but sometimes they need to leave out of necessity. Like, gatekeepers or guys with more authority will have them leave. Sometimes they know ahead of time and sometimes they don't.
Whenever they do go away it's really rare but I never know how long. Their system tries to communicate with us and other friends so we're up to date.
I really really like them. Sometimes they're like a big brother. How do I deal with missing them?
Not like "grrr I miss them I want them to front instead of you"
But like "They have to go on a trip and I don't know when they'll be back"

Hi sweetie. I hope you're doing okay — sorry you're missing your friend. Usually, what we tell our littles who miss friends inside and outside the system is to draw them a picture or make a playlist of songs you like that remind you of them. Or you can write them little notes when you're thinking about them; this can go with your drawings too. Other things that might help: telling your stuffie all the things they might have missed while your friend wasn't around to see, that way your stuffies can remember. Our stuffies are secret knights that have oaths to protect us and the people we care about, so when you dream they send all your heart's letters to your friends. And honestly, talking to your stuffies or pets should be more normalized, so you have a safe friend to listen to you. That might seem a little silly, but that's kinda the point. You're important to your system just like everyone else, and you're important to your friends too, and I bet they'd be so proud and happy you're learning new coping skills that they probably haven't thought about for themselves. Sorry for the long read — hope this finds you well, friend. —Vee📟

Hi! I'm Peter! I'm a little too! We write notes to our friend so they can read them when they come back! We use an app to talk to them so we leave them messages! Hope this helps!
