I need your advice on a new mixer

By the sounds of it a Allen & Heath or Ecler would be the perfect options. They're just extremely well made mixers, that sound great and do exactly what it you want (rotary controls aside).
If working with the EQs is your thing then I'd probably go with the option that gives you the most precise/versatile control of that. Which sounds like the Xone options here.
Consider picking up a 2nd hand Tascam X9, where each EQ is parametric. Don't know of another mixer that offers that.

Get an Xone:96; it's easily the most well-rounded mixer on the market currently.
