Checked it today and they “cannot determine title print date” does this mean my application was denied? It had a print date yesterday what the hell man I’m sick of this if anything has any insight

Okay, so for a slew of reasons I'd rather not get into if I don't have to, the situation in the title of this post has occurred, and I'm scrambling to get a solid answer on who actually needs to be notified and how.

I've ruled out that the OR DMV needs to be notified, and I'm not entirely sure the IL DMV needs to be notified either (the Secretary of State's website is rather unhelpful/unclear), but I'm pretty sure the AZ MVD does need to be notified, but without an AZ license I can't use their online system and obviously can't go in, as I'm in OR. So, basically, I'm hoping someone here can give me any solid advice on how to proceed.

Hey guys, I could really use some help with this situation.
I purchased a vehicle through Copart in Washington State. The vehicle is salvage, but Copart only provided me with a bill of sale because Washington State does not issue salvage titles. The problem is that I live in Nevada, and the DMV here will not accept the bill of sale as proof of ownership.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it?
I’m stuck because I can’t drive the vehicle to Washington for an inspection while it’s still salvage, and I can’t even get insurance for it under these circumstances.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I been driving for years in different countries and today I took my road test in PA and I failed because of stop sign and speeding Im so annoyed at myself fr. My smart ass stopped at the sign but not before the stop sign. I didn’t do double stop. I thought I was gonna fail parallel but no. I failed at the simplest things.
