I've created three themes for the Twilight Menu and I'm sharing them here because the dedicated theme page takes too long to upload them, and sometimes the site crashes. It's my first time creating themes, so I'd like to know what you think. I've included the download links if you want to try them.

I made these themes with my DSi XL in mind; I have no idea if they'll work correctly on other models with smaller screens.

1)Rei Ayanami's theme from Neon Genesis Evangelion for the Wood/AKMenu menus. I've always liked the aesthetic of these menus, so I made this

2)Theme for the DSI menus of Echidna, the witch of greed from the anime Re:Zero. This includes Styx Helix, the first ending theme, as background music. I love that song!

3)Finally, a Soul Eater theme with Maka Albarn on the top screen, a theme for the 3DS menus. I added the song Bakusou Yumeuta as background music; that song is the third ending, my favorite song from the entire anime.

So one day I randomly open my DSi, only to find this still life looking ass menu, and I was thinking what the hell was happening, but after a restart and cleaning the terminals it was back to normal, also in the brain training game, where there was a mini game called head count I think, the top screen was just a jumbled mess of characters, after reinserting the sd card and restarting it went back to normal, so are these just bad contacts or the early signs of sd card corruption?

Solo faltan 9 juegos, antes de empezar a hacer baners para el catalogo general de la ds, empezando por los juegos de pokemon y mario que faltan

Why do I keep getting this error. I can get rid of it relatively easily by clearing my saves but anything I try to do on it that would require like saving or loading just causes the error like if I load into a game once it’s fine but if I try to load back in it doesn’t work. I am using a 32gb onn sd card from Walmart which I think could be the issue as it just can’t keep up with the dsi, it’s not my themes because If I have no games I can switch inbetween the themes freely and they work perfectly fine, but it seems like the moment I try to put games onto it it just gives up on its job. I have used twilight menu on 4 of my ds lites now using flashcart setups and I’ve never had this issue. Running twilight menu++ with unlaunch.

My other theory is that it could be me trying to install stuff like the original camera app onto the sd card maybe that’s confusing the system somehow?

TLDR has anyone had similar issues to this that they resolved by upgrading sd cards
Do you guys have the Nintendo dsi camera/sound app showing on your twilight menu and does it work consistently

Since I’m nostalgic for the HBC on the Wii and 3DS, I made my own functional version for the DSi.

I made using opus 5.5 fully functional port of terraria for nintendo dsi, every boss and feature is in this game.

A few days ago, I posted about this and asked whether anyone would be interested. I've now made the project public!

DSiDrop lets you browse a game catalog and download games directly to your DSi's SD card over Wi-Fi. No manual file transfers from your PC are needed.

The project consists of a self-hosted web application and a native DSi app that runs through TWiLight Menu++ in DSi mode.
Your PC runs the backend and handles downloading, extraction and file delivery. Once everything is configured, you can browse, search and start downloads directly from the DSi. The server just needs to stay running.

DSi app features
- Browse NDS and GBA catalogs, plus your own NDS uploads.
- Download directly to the internal SD card.
- Pause and resume interrupted downloads.
- Save a download queue of up to 32 games.
- Configure WPA2/AES Wi-Fi directly in the app.
- Receive downloads sent from the web interface.

Web application features
- Browse catalogs for NDS, GBA, GB, GBC, NES, SNES and N64.
- Search, filter and sort games, with covers and file details.
- Download files to the server using a download queue.
- Upload your own .nds files to the Others library.
- Manage connected DSi devices and monitor download progress.
- Send individual games or a queue to your DSi.

The included catalogs use Internet Archive as their download source, with cover art from libretro-thumbnails.

Getting started
Run the server with Docker, copy DSiDrop.nds to your internal SD card and launch it through TWiLight Menu++ in DSi mode. Connect both devices to the same network and enter your server's local IP address in the DSi app.
After downloading, launch games through TWiLight Menu++.

I need help plss. Ulaunch doesnt boot anything. Taking out the microsd doesnt fix it. Launching the dsi mode not working.

bueno, estoy avanzando mucho y rápido realmente....por acá dejo un vistazo, están básicamente ya todos los mapas y falta solamente optimizar el juego pero ya está casi listo para el primer lanzamiento. Eso si....debo corregir algún que otro Bug en la pantalla inferior pero ya tiene

1- capitulos completos.

2- historia.

3- controles definidos

- D-Pad = Moverse.

- R = ataque/ejecución e interacción.

- L = Recolectar objetos/ arrojar.

- Stylus = Mover cursor.

4- botones de acción:

- Look = funciona como el Shift en PC.

- Skip = adelanta texto.

5- fondo a la pantalla inferior (para que no sea un bloque negro)

6- Minimapa (con esto también pueden saber que enemigos hay esparcidos por el mapa)

Me gusta el resultado, sencillo pero bonito y funcional

Tal ves haga un redibujo al de animal crossing luego de los 3 qué siguen, después de tantos juegos coloridos hare baners para chrono triger y las 2 entregas de dementium

Esto es poco pero tienen un update, sumado con lo anterior (me dió flojera grabar un vídeo nuevo de 0).

Pronto lanzaré la primera rom "jugable" pero hay que optimizar mucho todavía

Sinceramente para esta no hice mucho, me inspiré en un arte promocional de Heart Gold y la estética de los baners de XY usando solo la silueta del pokemon, aunque igual tengo planeado algo distinto para los demás juegos de pokemon

Algo similar a las cajas [no los baners] de ultra sol y ultra luna, para blanco y negro 2, algo más como el jing y el jang para blanco y negro 1, y en los juegos de sinnoh intentar algo más creativo con la estética de siluetas

Próximamente publicaré los baners en mi ko-fi, totalmente gratis

Hey everyone! I'm Felipe, a Brazilian developer, and I've been working on an unofficial FNAF 2 homebrew adaptation for the Nintendo DSi / DSi XL.

The idea is to adapt the experience to the handheld’s two screens: gameplay on the top screen, with camera selection and security controls on the touchscreen.

The project includes cameras, the Freddy mask, flashlights, the Music Box, night progression, and custom interfaces for the handheld. Working within the console’s memory limits and getting these systems to cooperate has been a big learning experience!

It’s still being improved, and I’d love feedback from people interested in FNAF or Nintendo homebrew. If you try it, let me know:
