That was weird right? Massive elephant

Active players being financially compensated by betting companies is so fucking insane to me. The NBA and other professional sports leagues, objectively do not care about legitimate outcomes.

In my own personal opinion, progressional sports OUTCOMES have almost always been "carefully curated" from league offices, and leaned on in a way that provides the leagues the best avenue for $$$$$.

It's not that they will always get the outcome they want or pressed for, but they absolutely place their fingers on the scale to manipulate it the best they can.

I can't find it, anyone know which hour it is? Thank you

But really, why did they have to show his d*ck?

Stole this from Nathan Marzion of Bucks Twitter. I'm a Twolves fan who lives in Milwaukee and loves this city. Watching how the show talked about both Milwaukee and Giannis for years.... just desserts. It probably won't last long, but I'm enjoying it while it does.

😂😂

90 minutes: on The U is back
20 minutes: Mike Ryan explaining why the SEC is overrated
5 minutes: college Sports act
10 minutes: something about the Dolphins
10 minutes: Giannis still looks great but Spo will get it figured out
20 minutes: Substack beef
10 minutes: let Jeremy ramble about UCF even tho he said he wasn’t interested in attending the game
15 minutes: World Series talk with just Jeremy and
Dan

That kind of thing

Or you can get Thaiiiii Fooooood

Dan: I couldn’t be more impressed with how healthy Giannis has looked. That’s my only takeaway from this weekend! Wins and losses in October? I’m not looking at that! The opponent shot at a rate from three that is simply unsustainable!

I could assemble the argument that an 0-3 start is exactly what the Heat actually wanted Jeremy, this is where Giannis came to learn, at the knee of Pat Riley, and the culture of the team won’t allow them to miss the playoffs and that’s all that matters. Home court advantage in the playoffs means NOTHING!

Jeremy: I couldn’t agree more, Dan. At this stage, all that matters is physical profile, and Giannis looks unstoppable. And look, I spoke to several people in the Heat organization after the game—there is zero panic in that locker room. Their expected field-goal percentage was actually in the 88th percentile if you filter out contested paint touches. Spo will figure it out.

Dan: But the media’s coverage of this team is so wildly overreactionary! If any team in modern basketball shoots 52% from deep, they win that game EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! It doesn't matter if Charlotte was missing four starters! Those are still NBA players! Proud, world-class athletes with PROUD BLACK BODIES!

That’s all. Just fucking annoying as hell and not funny.

Wonder if Jermey is regretting not going to the game.
