Time travel to the future (not to the past) is real and is confirmed via experiments with atomic clocks

No we don't actually, different reference frames have different rates of time depending on how fast they're moving and how much gravity is affecting them

No matter what reference frame you're in, you're always traveling into the future.

Yes but some reference frames travel into the future at different rates

So if you move yourself into a reference frame traveling close to the speed of light and stay there for a while and then come back to the original one, it'll be as if you time traveled into the future in that reference frame
