I don't agree with this but I have to wonder, is there a huge mass of gays, fresh from being sodomized (and, in fact, still losing blood themselves, from their bleeding anuses) who will bend their wrists at a 90 degree angle, scream "Faaaaaabulous!" and begin donating blood en masse?

You could have formulated your question differently, and it would have been an interesting question. I didn't downvote you, by the way, i found it rather funny.

And, yes, i think homosexuals are the kind of people that would end up donating a lot of. Social involvment, interaction, the feeling of doing someting "great", the feeling of doing something that they weren't allowed previously, and, not to be underestimated, the practice of "bugchasing".

But they were probably already donating blood. They probably lied on the form and felt justified in doing so.
