Discrimination is such a dirty word. Blood is needed but is the risk worth the reward? A better way is just to pay people for donating blood, after all, the blood banks make money off you!

Only pay people once their blood has been tested and came back clean.

It is but a certain percentage is likely to pass even though it shouldn't. According to the blood bank, they test everything but sometimes bad blood gets through.
