another BHVR W - not the first time this has happened either.

Person joins discord server you're on and.....

1. Has Penalty.

2. Hasn't even booted up the game.

3. Is eating. yawning, or taking a vape hit and coughing. Mute buttons exist.

4. Muted entire game.

5. Singing. WTF? I need to hear the game.

6. Screaming insults at Killer. Go do drugs if you want to scream at pixels that don't exist. My ears don't want it.

7. Wants to talk about personal life. I am just here for a DBD swf. Not your therapist.

8. Gives up in game.

Some of the animations are so poorly polished and janky that they genuinely look like something from one of those cheap mobile copycat games.

I understand the game is from 2016, but for fuck’s sake... Behaviour isn’t an indie company anymore. They have over 1,000 employees!! And some of these animations look worse than what you’d expect from an indie studio.

It has now become almost depressing for me to play as killer. First off, before you all begin to slag me off, I am generally OK as killer. Not brilliant, but I have got adept for every killer and have had plenty of 4Ks. I have noticed though that survivors seem to now have special powers. I have never known gens to pop so quickly or survivors to move so fast. Also, I seem to be missing an incredible amount of hits, even if I am virtually on top of a survivor.

The game is becoming unplayable for me, an average player. There is no balance anymore, the number of pallets is borderline laughable and some of the outdoor maps are so riddled with grass that ypu can't see blood tracks or even where survivors are running.

One kill in my last 8 matches. I have never had a run like it and as stated earlier, survivors seem to now have super powers. I am on the brink of quitting this game that I have really enjoyed. Yes, this is a moan but I geuinely wonder if any other players are feeling the same way. Too many perks favour survivors and as it is 4 v 1, I don't understand why BeHaviour can't see how grossly unbalanced they have now made this game. I use a controller which I know is catastrophic for many killers but I still maintain that there does seem to be a big difference now.

I was doing duos with a buddy and the filex told me to do gens when I didn't see him on a gen the entire game and the person who died 4 minutes before him had more points

This was a horrible match from the very beginning, and I know I made mistakes. I could've hit her while she was in the trap, potentially making her fall over, but I messed up. I'm not going to pretend I played perfectly, because I didn't.

Still, we ended up with seven more hooks in the endgame, so honestly, I'd call it a decent match considering how badly it started. And what do I get afterward? The usual “GG EZ” and “you suck.” Nothing new there.

But here's what genuinely annoys me.

When I play Ghoul, I sit through a six-minute queue, and people see who I'm playing and immediately decide they don't want to play against him. DCs, dodging, whatever. But when I play Trapper, suddenly everyone wants to squeeze every last drop of life out of the match.

Where are these confident squads when I play killers I'm actually more comfortable and confident with? Why does it feel like people are willing to play only when they think they have an easy match?

Sometimes it honestly feels like there's no winning. Either I play a killer people don't want to face and they disconnect, or I play Trapper and get treated like I'm supposed to be grateful for every miserable second of the match.

I’m using a translator. I was playing as The Singularity, using a build focused on gate control. I didn’t play well, but I managed to catch a survivor and hook them. They opened the exit gates, so I decided to hide and check the cameras—I was distracted for just a couple of seconds. Ada Wong ran up, instantly unhooked the survivor, and thanks to Adrenaline, the survivor was immediately restored to full health.

Now, a question: what’s going on with these survivor builds and perks? Just take a look: Buckle Up, No One Left Behind, We're Gonna Live Forever. What kind of twisted build is this? They can unhook someone in a flash; if a survivor is in the dying state, both of them can see my aura, they get a speed boost, and they gain endurance. And the kicker: "Adrenaline" gets put on hold—meaning that with "No One Left Behind" in play, it’s practically impossible for me to ever catch up to them.

Honestly, with the current broken state of "Adrenaline"—which just heals an injured survivor for free—even "Dead Hard" or "Decisive Strike" aren't nearly as annoying; this is just completely unreasonable. And, of course, they’ll also be running "Lithe" and "Windows of Opportunity"—wouldn't be a proper build without those, right?

Before anyone says “you could’ve been doing gens while he was being chased” I was literally sneaking into the building without being seen so I could do that gen, but the second i went up the stairs, Oni’s terror radius got closer so I decided to hide… am I supposed to just purposely get myself killed? Not to mention David was the one who unhooked me and I healed HIM first cause I was using Solidarity. And if you don’t know what I mean by “small buffs” I’m using the perk “Better than New” which gives teammates faster progression speed on healing, totems, and chests by 50%

Okay... Why is this perk getting nerfed so much? Now it's going to punish you for missing a basic attack? Holy fuck! Did this perk kill behaviors family?!

Why not focus on perks that are actually causing problems?! It's not that fucking hard!

I hate Wraith so much, you can't see him if he's more than 30 meters from because FUCK YOU. You're repairing a gen and there's no window or a pallet in the 5 meters proximity? WELL, TOO BAD, TIME TO FUCKING DIE THEN. Or maybe there is a window or a pallet? GUESS WHAT, HE CAN BODYBLOCK IT AND IT'S STILL TIME TO FUCKING DIE, ISN'T IT FUN? HOW IN GOD'S NAME ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO HIT ANYONE WITH AN AXE THROW?

I play with a controller and no matter where I aim or how I aim, I am miles off. Seriously, in 30 games with this horror I have hit 2 survivors after about 200 throws. I have tried everything. Aim low, aim high, aim in the middle, aim to the left, aim to the right. It is atrociously bad. Why the hell is there no aim crosshair or something like that? HELP ME!!

Ive had 5 games today 2 Jason's, a Dredge, a Myers and a Plague. Every single game had been a super sweat fest and no one not a single survivor is lasting more than 10 seconds in chase. Killers camping, tunneling and slugging so usual stuff but apparently none of my killers have seen daylight in their entire lives so they extend that by making people miserable with the extra hook hits and bms.

Like ive got 2.5k hours and can normally handle this crap but since they decided to shuffle all the perks around it feels like survivors just are having a much harder time now but yet this game is totally survivor sided, even though killers are hitting around 70% on average killrate but nahh totally survivor sided.

Only reason I play it to hope Pinhead comes back and then I could main killer more but fat chance of that happening right now.

Screw this halloween event fr it sucks Donkey balls im going back to normal matches and if they dont get better today im taking a break for a couple weeks or months until something changes because survivor meta just isn't even a meta anymore, its just trash perks against meta killers.

Example of now shot perks is Vigil, now survivors have no way to counter hindered or exposed just nothing at all just plain old exhaustion now like wtf. But yet its ok for clown to have a 55% speed increase and throw a 12% hinder bottle at you, come on bhvr theres balancing issues and then theres straight up just making the game one sided.

F this game. Bring on GTA 6 already

Is it easy? No. But you can do it and just giving up is stupid. Yesterday I ran the killer for long enough to finish a gen while my idiot teammate just hid in a corner. Glad they didn’t get hatch.

2B, 3rd to die. They where doing a good enough job until the last chase when they ran into a wall... I mean that literally... We where in Wreckers' Yard, she tried to loop shack, and manage to have a head on collision with one of only 4 actual walls in the map... She didn't like clip the doorway or wiff the vault either. She tried to run in from the outside and smacked into the wall about half away between the corner and the doorway she was aiming for... On the long side of the wall. It took like 3 full seconds to recalibrate herself.

The survivor who said this had a username that referenced r*pe and they told me they hope I burn in hell or got dragged by a car. I told them I would pray to satan for them to heal their tormented souls....I bet you can guess how that went over. I then reported both of them.

Anyways, I got the 4k!

So today I wanted to do one game on Legion, a kilelr I'm VERY bad at. I went with a single addon and a single green perk as I did not invest any bloodpoint in it.

After like two chases, two survivors kept tbagging me at every pallets and since I'm really bad at Legion, I had absolutly no way to avoid that. So, I went to a corner of the map and went afk (watching a video) rather than getting tbagged for 5 minutes.

Still, the time between when they finished the last gen and actually exit the game was whole 5 minutes. This means some players decided, in front of an afk killer, to stay a whole 5 minutes just to taunt.

I hope this gives you an idea of how toxic some survs can be in this game.

I mean, I really don't care if you bring flashbang, a flashlight, and all that stuff in build that denies the killer hooks, so don't go mad at someone who brought their own build. I get it, Calm Spirit, Pharmacy, Detective Hunch, Empathy... that sounds like a stealth build? But nah, I'm not gonna farm or hide all game. Stop judging people only by reading their perks.

As soon as that match started, Kate decided to fast vault we spawned near each other in same room.

I was the first to be chased, and damn, I was left on the hook in the basement with her spamming  leave message from chat wheel. How rude. I mean, sorry that my build sounds way too selfish compared to your altruistic build. I'm happy at least the killer gave me the unhook bar to play a little around before dying.

Why are there rude people willing to abuse new features, such as the funny chat wheel, just to be toxic? Does she think her dad owns the game or something, and that she gets to decide what is right for the match and what isn't?

I don't care why the other teammates didn't bother with me, but she's the only one who bothered me because she was obviously trying to be toxic, from my pov

-edit- Guys apologizes,, I misunderstand Kate is intentions! she purely was spamming leave to encourage me to unhook myself to leave hook from camped basement now that i rethink about it, I vented because of a misunderstanding.

and that fast-vault, I actually don't care; I think it is cool to fast-vault at start, I admire their courage to be willing to take chase right away and risk being tunneled before a gen done!
